Access Industries is a privately held, U.S.-based industrial group with long-term holdings worldwide. Founded in 1986 by its Chairman, Len Blavatnik, an American industrialist and philanthropist, Access’ industrial focus spans three key sectors: natural resources and chemicals; telecommunications and media; and real estate.

The Blavatnik Family Foundation, headed by Mr. Blavatnik, supports a broad range of cultural, educational, scientific and charitable causes in the UK, the US, Israel, Russia, and throughout the world.

These include the establishment of the Blavatnik School of Government at Oxford, support for the Tate Modern Extension, and science programmes at Harvard, Yale, and theannual Blavatnik Awards for Young Scientists honoring innovative and impactful postdoctural and faculty researchers in the United States.
